Thanks for the info... I'll go check on some shipping prices and might get back to the guy. I didn't realize he was in Mass. That is a nice f4i and a great price good luck with it.

No problem Brad! And yes, I hope everything works out tomorrow and I get to take it home

Let us know how everything works out for you. It sounds like it could be better just to take the deal you had before because I doubt the guy has an extended warranty on it.

Well, another 03 600RR came on the market today.
Black with grey detail on bottom. Minor cosmetic damage, great bike. 7194 miles. Email for pics! $5000 or best offer. Bike must go!
What would be a good price? I was thinking about telling my friend to offer $4500. She sent me pics and the damage doesn't look bad at all. Just some scratches on the lower fairing. I'll probably go check it out this weekend.

Ok, where are u located at? If you wouldn't mind shoot me some pics of the damage as well....and a number where I can contact this person...that is if your buddy isn't interested. I don't understand why there aren't any deals around here like that. it's a little sickening.

For even 5700 that's a great price for such a weapon!
If you could get 5500 that's a steal IMO!

Just noticed the pics. Look like a slow speed low side of some sort.
Now knowing there is damage I would go 5k knowing that I would want to make it perfect again and sinking a few hundred into it for fairing off Ebay

Sweet man. Thanks for the info. I emailed her back and asked for pics price and whatnot. Thanks again for the help. If I could talk her into 4500 plus around 500 shipping on my part then that would be a heck of a deal..... Good Lord I need to get back on a bike!
milletary: Thanks for the help with assesing the damage and how it went down. Sounds like a hell of a deal. Hopefully we can work something out. I'll keep you guys posted.

Virtualbong: if you get a chance to take a peek at the bike that would be great.... if it was a little bit closer I'd do it myself, but it's a little ways away for me to go look lol.
thanks again,
Brad

is it just me or is that a cracked frame (left side, in front of broken peg, 4th pic)? otherwise looks like minor damage.
