what is the best place to find an OEM rear seat cowl?
I have seen them on ebay but I was wondering if there is anywhere else to get one
Is it possible to get one from honda directly? When I go to the honda web site, it does not list any accessories for the 05 600rr.
Any information concerning this issue would be greatly appreciated.

ya for sure you can get them from the dealership, but they're like $200 buck or around there. thats one of the things im getting next but i think i'll get an OEM one off ebay thats in good or new condition. anything you get from Honda is gonna cost alot more $$$$ than you need to spend.

I have been looking for the same exact thing, and also not wanting to take it in the ass from the dealers and pay their price.

+4.....don't care for the Targa....OEM for sure, but can't see dropping 2 bills for it either

nice input. I went to see my local bike shop yesterday and my guy told me that he could get an oem one delivered for $168.00. I'm pretty pleased with that so I think I'll have to get it.
although my girlfriend (who loves to ride) wasnt real happy that I wanted one and that I thought that my bike would look great without the passenger pegs... haha
oh well. I guess I'm just glad that she puts up with the addiction.

I just called my honda dealership and they sold me one for $143.00. They said that is what they pay for them.
its in the mail.

you got it for a good deal, but theres no way thats what they get them for, they probably get them for 50$. (just my oppinion)

the guy who ownes the dealership where I ordered mine who is also a long time family friend told me that they retail for $189.00 but they get them from honda for $143.00.
I'm sure that honda makes them a lot cheaper than that but that is what they sell them to the dealers for.

they haven't realeased the orange yet? i ordered mine last week on like monday, i still wont get it untill thursday... i should have paid extra for overnight shipping
