06-07 fuel tank recall

got the recall notice 12 23 07, dealer is to inspect the nipple on the tank with a special tool, if needed tank will be replaced, called my dealer,  was told they will pick up bike, check or repair as needed and return . on the honda website, owner link it still say no recalls for my bike. so wait for the letter. there is no vin range specified, just says all 06-07 1ooorr`s. happy holidays!!

    i never got the letter either, i just took mine to the dealer and he happily took it in.

Yup, the dealer came and picked up my '07 Repsol last week and had the tank replaced the next day.  Still haven't gotten a recall letter yet.  My VIN was in the suspect group.
