does anyone know if a 1000RR rear rim will fit on a 600RR?  any shared experience would be appreciated.

thanks.

Just out of curiousity, are you asking because you just want the bigger rear tire look? To tell you the truth I wanted to switch my liter rim with a regular sixer rim for "Peformance". Correct me if i'm wrong but I heard that smaller rims allow you to flick the bike faster. I guess that's one of the reason's why sixers are more flickable than the liters and, that's why people say that sixers can beat liters in corners. Anyways to answer your question, I think you can if you switch the swingarms but i'm not a 100% sure.

thanks for the replies guys... i've got a spare 1000 rim and a friend needs one for his 6. haven't tried it yet, but sounds like it won't work.
