11,115 for '06 1KRR??

Hello everybody. Just got back from the dealer where they quoted me this price OTD on the Blue/Yellow 1kRR. Including Competition Werks FE and Integrated Rear signals front fluch mounts installed. Yes or No?

I just picked up my stock CBR 1kRR today, for $9700 OTD that includes all applicable taxes and Regs.!!!!


The dealer told me he would not have been able to do this deal 2 months ago, but Honda is doing
some incentives on this bike right now, but it is not public Knowledge.

Here is what I did to get my deal


I printed the Procycle Ad from their web site, and had them fax me an OTD price on their letter head.

I presented it to my dealer with all the TAXES, and REG fees on a spreadsheet.

It came out to be $9658.xx, I told him I would give him $9700 OTD, he agreed, and I was on my
way in an hour with a brand new 06 1KRR


This put the price of the bike at $8976.36 so you atleast have this as a starting number, but dont let him tack on too many fees
(Freight, Prep, setup etc...) Just make sure OTD is around $9700

9700 OTD is a great deal! Where is it? Not in CA by any chance?

06's are going for 8799 in Scottsdale AZ,should come out to 9500 OTD..

Not a good price, even with the mods. Besides, putting all those parts on yourself is half the fun.

I paid 10,700 OTD here in kentucky.

I live in Dallas texas and in the market for an 06. TAPnTX how did you get that deal again? where do i need to go to get that OTD price?

Every state is different.

Being in California. I can sell my 2006 CBR1000RR for 10k (w/ 600 miles)

But, you guys in texas and everywhere else can buy them new for less.

California has outrageous amaounts of taxes, smog, etc etc.

If we californians decided to save money and buy from (lets say texas) we would stll have to ship it. Get it smoged/tested in CA. Get taxed, and switch all the state information over.

So im happy you guys got a deal in your state. But here. We gotta pay a little extra just for living in CA.
