Hey Guys,
Im really looking to break out into the 1000 class with the 2006 1000 because now thats its not the new model you can get it for a great price. But i was really wondering if some of you guys with the bike could post some pics of the yellow and blue with your mods. >_<  I start drooling everytime i see them.
                                                                                                                             Thanks again

those are the stock rims i had them powdercoat yellow with a silver base coat so you get the same flake as the 1000rr. the screen is a zero gravity . its fine at night i dont really look through it if i tuck down i just keep my eye above it. it is nice because you can read the guage good because there is no glare.  any other ???

Ricepowered01, I really like what you've done with yours.  I don't want to get too nuts modding it, I haven't even taken delivery of my bike and I am already looking for fender delete and sidemarker replacement kits.

I made my own fender eliminator. it cost me about $25 and thats just because i bot the led bolts from cycle gear. Then about $250 for the wheels to be done. they are silver base with yellow that you get the match flake of the yellow.Everything else came like that from the dealer. i was going to go nuts  but i dont want to put to much into the look    it all ready looks sweet the way it stands now. if you have any ? about the FE or the bike PM me

Buy my yellow/blue that's in the classifieds section and I'll throw in the toy.  I've got one unopened, BNIB.

it cost about $90 per wheel and the rest of the $250 is towards bearing removal, installtion, and mounting and balancing of the wheels. TRGcoating on this web site can do it for 90 a wheel. i would just send some piece from the bike so he can see the color up close. i got mine done at markspowdercoading.com in charleston sc. if you get them done tell him you want a silver base with yellow over top. that way the wheels will have the flake just like the bike. i could maybe ask the guy out here if he could do a set for you you just send him or i the wheels and i will ride my bike to his shop to have him match the color. the turn around time was like 3 days.   hope this info helps.
