600RR vs 1000RR For Female

What are the top reasons/downfalls for a female not to get a 1000RR and to stick w/ a 600RR?

Same reasons as a guy would have.

Thanks, but beyond the obvious - Maybe I should be a little more specific - I'm asking b/c I'm thinking about buying a Honda CBR - I can afford the 1000RR, but majority of the people I've spoken w/ have said I won't like it and I would be more comfortable on a 600RR.  I'm 5'4" and weigh in around 110 if that helps any.  Just curious if anyone has any good reasons why a girl couldn't handle a 1000RR

5'4" and 110 lbs is a good size for a MotoGP rider.  The pros and cons of a liter bike don't depend on your gender, and have  been discussed a lot on this forum so you might want to do a search.

The bigger question is, how much experience riding do you have and on what type of bikes? If you are a complete need you need to stay away from both n get alot lesser bike to learn on. If you have been riding awhile (like years not a few months) you prolly could handle which ever felt the most comfortable to you. And lastly how big your pockets are shouldnt determine what cc bike you get and neither should your friends.

Yea experience is going to out way wether or not your a male or female. If you have exp. riding and are comfortable riding. Then get a 1k. It's all about you.

Like said before, its all up to your experience level of riding and how much power you feel comfortable with. The new '08 1krr's are almost as light as the 600rr but have 1.5 times the power, so a lot less forgiveable.

Totally...    It depends on that experience. If ur a novice rider with little to no expe. I think a 1000 its too big of a step. A 600 honda or gixxer would better suit you.
 
Build that experience first , if this is indeed what it is then move on to the 1000. If your exp. and have ridden various machines then go for it..  It doesnt matter about gender/weight. In terms of height, you can always lower the bike. 
 
The 1000 is a different animal and it has a unforgiven throttle ...

If you have self control and would not try anything stupid, I would say go for it. '08 cbr1000rr feels as light as 600s and if you keep the rpm lower than 6k, it feels very smooth and controllable.
