I finally put on some Red reflective Rim tape that I have been meaning to put on for months,    I also got a spare set of engine covers that I just got done painting, all I need to do is put them but its getting sooo cold here in Minnesota so I might have to wait till spring to put them on.  but any who hear are a couple of pics of my bike the the rim tape,

tell me what you think of them.

Thanks guys.

I think it looks good, I'm not 100% sure if i like rim tape or not.  I think for my black 600rr im going to powder coat my wheels red instead.  Not sure how it would look, have to set it up in photoshop before I do it.

Looks pretty good... I didn't know the orange came non tribal.

I actually like the wide rim tape, sets off the wheels and makes them stand out from the tire, and the blacktop.

Can't bring myself to like rim tape - just a little too much "flash".  I like the black rims, nice and plain.

I'm not a fan of the thick, reflective rim tape.

I just took regular red pinstriping (1/8" thick) and went around the bubbled edge of the wheel. This way, no weird nighttime effects, makes the wheel look larger, and gives it an OEM feel.

You can see how I did it in the pic below.......

I like it, actually i think i am going to put rim tape on my next stunt bike to draw some attention.  You know, its like an eye catcher.

I'd have gone with something a little more narrow but an interesting look non the less.

Who made your stands and how do you like them?

I got my stands from here  http://www.redlinestands.com/

I got the swivel stands,  they are sweet stands I can roll the bike very easily wherever I want while on the stands.
my friend who also has them turned me to them, the price is pretty good also
