I was looking around for a gps locator for my bike because sometimes i park it in some shady areas. Does anyone have one? how much does it cost? where do i get one? thanks guys.

Welcome to the forum, if you want to be cheap about it, take an old phone and put it in your trunk. All phones have a gps built into them.

Yeah, but doesn't the phone have to be turned on, and charged constantly? And would they actually be able to use it to track down a bike?

You could look at lo-jack, but it's not cheap... I think in round numbers installed it would be like $600? And I think there is also a monthly fee or something... I don't know much about it though so don't quote me.
you could also look into getting an alarm and/or locks for the bike which will help a little bit, but nothing can completely stop a theif - if they really want the bike, they'll get it.
