You can't machine our drilled rotors, but you can bend them back straight so long as they're not excessively bent. Gotta pull the wheel off and mount it on a metal rod the same diameter as the axle, and clamp it down in a vice. Use a dial indicator to find the high and low spots on the rotor, then just use a long bar of some sort and slowly bend it out little by little. Constantly re-measure until it's straight. Just gotta be careful not to go too far or the rotor will no longer be centered in the brake caliper, and it will rub on one side
