AVatar..?? HELP

I have been trying to put a picture of my motorcycle as my avatar for the longest time... i cant ind out how to do it.. It always says that the picture exceeds the dimension limits ... please help

Here is one option- this is what I do:

Open a new account at http://photobucket.com/ (it is free)
upload the piicture that you want. It will automatically resize the photo to 1024 x 768. BUT you can also choose "options" to resize the photos to smaller sizes. Here are some screen shots:

you have to resize the picture.. then save it to your computer.. and then in your profile browse for the pic in the avatar section

YOu know im taking more pic of my bike now..lol

...and it looks good. Now you need to add a photo album. That way people can look at more photos of your bike.







for example, click on the camera icon...
