What's wrong with your stock exhaust?
What are you looking to gain?

in terms of "best" slip-on, this is a totally subjective decision. Slip-ons dont really make much more power if any. So now its basically a matter of deciding which one sounds the best and looks the best.

my bad guess i shoulda been more specific! im not looking for hp gain if i wanted that i would get a 1000 or a full system with a pc111/air filter etc.....just wanted some suggestions on which sounded the best....stock is good just want something a lil louder

Well, again, "sounds best" is subjective. I have no problems with the Stock exhaust's sound. I donno about you... Akra makes a SLIGHTLY louder noise on their new system, but wow is it expensive.

just an fyi but CBR600 can mean any of Honda's 600s since the early 90's, the F4i and RR are both current CBR600's so saying 600RR (saw the pic in your avatar) would probably be more helpful
anyway back on topic, as has been said slip-ons don't really give you much power and pretty much every one of them will be about the same so for a slip-on just look for appearance and sound, both of which are completely subjective
95% of the people who have a slip-on are going to say "xxxxxxx rocks!" cuz they paid good money for it
Akra, Jardine, Yosh, Scorpion, Ti-force, Two Brothers, Hindle, D&D, Arrow, Devil, M4, Leo Vince, Arata, etc are all good exhausts and each have a unique sound and look so browse the web for some pics and check their sites for sound clips but the most helpful thing would be to find local riders with exhausts and check them out in person, as I said if somebody's got an exhaust they paid for it so very few riders will have a problem showing it off to ya

I have the RS-5 carbon on my 600RR and I really like the sound. I also like the D&D twin but it's TOO loud. The 2 Bros is a great choice too but seriously, only you will know which is better for you. Go to a couple big bike nights and listen to them.

Slugger I definatley noticed a difference when I installed the Jardine st1 to mine. Wider power band and a little bit more pull. Still no pc but a noticable diff.

Just like every thing in life everyone has an opinion. I have a yosh slip on and love it, but there are a few people who can't stand it. My advice would be to listen to sound clips if you can find some and then make a decision on what you like.

Have a stainless Yoshimura R-1 (slip on) because of a good deal thru E-Bay. The quality is great (as expected) but was even more impressed
when I took it apart for mods. The stock Yosh is slightly louder at idle and quite a bit louder at full throttle (but not WAY louder).

I've got a Jardine RT-1 street baffle aluminum slip on and like it. sounds a little "fluffy" at idle but really comes alive once you get going, over 7k it just sounds awesome.
My friend has a '06 600RR and has the Yoshi RS5 carbon cone ,sopunds great.

Either the Yosh RS-5 or the Jardine RT-1 Dual Outlet
