I got an F2 and it is made of steel and it still doesn''t seem to trip the lights.

I usually pull up enough for the car behind me to trip the sensor.  There was one light that was on my way to work from my old apt, and it always always stayed red.  So I just pulled up if I was the first one at the light.  As for some of the weighted ones, your bike wont do it no matter what, I think this one was weighted.  Also, at my apt, I had to hit the sensor just right for it to go, usually I would pull up at an angle that way if it didnt work, I could pull a circle and try again.  Sometimes I would have to do 4-5 circles before it opened, people probably thought I was mental.

go to the middle of the lane so cars can come on either side of you and set it off.

I doubt a bike and rider are heavy enough for a weighted sensor... but for the magnetic ones, here''s a tip we got when I took the msf course:  If you''re stuck at a sensor light, try shutting off your bike and turning it back on... if it''s a magnetic sensor, it''ll usually do the trick

Luckily, most of the lights around me are timed, and the ones that actually do have sensors are magnetic

Dont know how SC does it but most have large magnets, and your bike isnt metal. In WI if it fails to change we can just go when clear

Is that true for us in WI?! I mean I do it anyway but it''s nice to know I don''t have to scan 3miles down the road in every direction looking for the po-po

If I was sitting in my cage at a light and I saw a biker step off his bike, walk across the street, hit the crosswalk button and walk back to his bike, I''d honestly probably p**s my pants laughing so hard
