see PM.
Did you notice after you get the exhaust hot that it runs smoother at neutral throttle and at idle? mine kind of burbles a bit esp down hill and in lower RPMs because my design is crude. i think maybe header wrap couldn't hurt to try. this might help protect your valves from getting burnt quicker also. As for the flat spot in mid rpms... i had that too but i got block-off plates and took my PAIR system off and disconnected my PCV breather. It made the throttle much more crisp and responsive. I haven't had it to a dyno yet but i got a noticable gain in power and it helped smooth out that flat spot in the middle.

I'm in love! My new 14" LE CF finally arrived on Wednesday (somehow USPS Priority 2-3 day takes a week from SoCal to AZ). I was going to put it on last night, when I got home and to my surprise found that my boyfriend had snuck over during the day and did it for me! So I got to take her out this morning to work and she sounds and feels absolutely awesome!!! Nice rumble at idle and just perfect accelerating. Couldn't be happier! I'll take some pics the next few days and post up.
Thanks, Tom!

Any news? I'd love to have one of these short exhausts on my F4i. Plus, I'm in the OC. I am hereby volunteering my bike as a test mule
