IVE BEEN RIDEN A LONG TIME, FIRST BRAND NEW BIKE, 06 1000RR BLUE N YELLOW, DEALER SAYS BREAK IN TIME IS 500 MILES, IS THERE A BREAK IN TIME, IF SO FOR HOW LONG ? WHAT HAPPENS IF I RUN IT HARD RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX ?

The manual says 600 miles.

My dealer said 600 miles, and at that time oil change, and adjustments.

Why does everyone keep saying 600 miles? My manual for the '06 CBR 1000 says no rapid acceleration or full throttle starts for 300 miles. I've been ripping on it since 300.1 miles.
