I started my carbon fiber works project. Wanted to share a few pics in the process. I will be producing most of these pieces for sale soon. If there is any interest let me know. Will be 1/2 the price of what they normally go for and I'll ship for free

. Will post more with progress or new piece additions, hope you like em.....

Dang! Looks good man. I just got a rear hugger and exhaust guard. I'm still looking for the sprocket cover and side panels, let me know how much it'll cost for those. BTW, '05 600RR.

That looks great. I've been looking for replace the stock fairing covers on my 929 with the carbon fiber ones but I can only find them in Italy for $300. If you ever have time maybe we could work something out.

Some pieces are just covers some replace the part. Hugger and heel guards replace the original part totally. The side panels and sprocket cover are "skins" that cover oem, but I think I can make the sprocket cover to replace the oem.
As for other models I will have to see what parts you are talking about. I think the heel guards above work for 600rr and the 1000rr maybe the f4i?? If not I will buy the oem part to work from, so I can make heel guards for f4's.
As for prices I think they will be pretty cheap. Heel guards are $90.00 + shipping, mine will go for around $45.00 shipped.
Hugger around $85.00 shipped, these are not set in stone may be more may be less, just kinda seeing what kind of interest there was.
As for overlays, I can overlay on pretty much anything but I will need the part. This will be reasonably priced because its a littl easier.

As I said, I can overlay anything but I will need the part, except the 600rr. Air ducts will be coming soon(600rr).
No color carbon fiber, YET. In the near future maybe.

Hey guys I didnt forget about ya

. Im in the process of setting up a work shop to fabricate in, so I'm working on it.
As for prices I cant really say right now. It all depends on diffuculty and consumption of materials. So for ram air tubes I cant give a price yet. Maybe within a week or so.
What I can say is that they will be cheaper than what you have seen elsewhere.
Side covers for the 600rr are gonna be skins that can be attached permantly or removeable from your stock covers. Reasoning is that I cant really find the tabs to secure them, and that jumps the difficulty way up, hence their $160.00 pricetag elsewhere. Being skins they will be roughly 1/2 of what the full carbons run, and you CANNOT tell the difference between the two. Plus you can remove them if you ever decide to go back to factory look.
If you cannot send the part out, I MIGHT be able to purchase the oem used to fab on, for a small upcharge. I will keep everyone posted, I am gonna try hitting it full time as I am layed off right now. Most pieces I make I plan to sell on EBAY, but ya know you guys will get dibs.
Cmon guys keep the interest coming
The first few parts I do for bikes other than the 600rr will prolly be at an even more discount to assure they meet your standards and work well(prototyping kind of).
P.S- anyone know if the 600rr heel guards fit other models, like the f4i?
