can you give us a little more explanation on the "explosion".
Is is firing at all or is the motor just turning over?
What is the condition of your air cleaner and fuel?
When was the last time your bike was running?

CBR 900 RRX 1999 919 ccm 4 carbs. Last running was 10 days ago, before temperature -18C. Think it was -5C. Sorry for bad English. Look like it is not firing in cilinder (chamber) at all. Next day it sound like it would start, but then nothing happends except 1 loud "BANG". So i have washed reservoire (tank) a lot of garbage i have found, add new fuel, and nothing happends new.

you definitely have a fuel or air delivery problem. I dont know how difficult it is to get to the spark plugs on that bike but I would be curious about the condition of them. They very well could be fouled up and when they do fire, there is an abundance of fuel in the head and a large "BANG" will occur. Also, I would check the air cleaner because it would have a hard time combusting if there was less than the necessary amount of oxygen required for combustion.
So two main things to start with. the condition of the air cleaner and the spark plugs.

Since you found a lot of garbage in the tank, you may have debris in the carbs. What's your skill level? You can take them off and flush them out with cleaner. This is relatively easy to do. Also... what's the garbage? Is it rust or dirt or what? You need to clean the tank out well so you don't have any more problems.

+1 on the tank. If you had a lot of garbage in there your carb jets are probably clogged with that same garbage.
Sounds to me like you need to possibly rebuild the carbs.
Good luck man.

Your engine is flooded and have a fouled plug. They are probably all fouled out now. The bike will backfire like that when a plug goes. Put some new plugs in and you should be set to go..... also it sounds like a carb cleaning wouldn't hurt pretty soon.... but that is not the reason its not starting. Its the plugs.
