Has anyone had any problems with the license plate light for the Comp. Werkes FE LTD for the 2006 1000RR? I have had mine on for about a month and the light quit working. I've checked connections, etc. and that light is DEAD. Considering I paid $150 for the kit I expected it to last longer than 30 days. Anyone else had any problems?

mine blinked a lot and then finally went out completely on my 600rr. i've read that you can send it back and get a replacement... but that's a lot of work for what it is.

f*&k that send it back and complain. had mine for about a month and no problems yet. but try to reconnect the wire maybe the crimp didnt hold tight. let us know how u did

I sent an email to tech support, no response as of yet. I think I'll give them a call.

I called them, wow was that easy. I told him that my month old license plate light had died and he asked me what my shipping address was. He said that they "had a bad batch" of lights and that they are replacing them free of charge. They're sending me a new light, no questions asked.
I'm impressed, it's almost never that easy.
