coolant tank

Just bought a used 1987 Honda CBR 600, and I noticed that there were two hoses sticking out of the bottom of the bike, I noticed that the coolant tank was empty and I decided to put coolant in it....

Then quickly it leaked out of the two hoses at the bottom of the bike,

How can I reconnect the hoses if possible?

remove fuel tank. underneath will be radiator fill cap. the fill neck has i think one hose connection. put one end of hose there. the other i would have to say is the vent hose which should be connected to the bottle.
