1. Do you put your hand out/wave to other riders? Not just CBR riders either, all bike riders?
I do for the most part, it sucks when they don't wave back and you look like a retard left out to dry though.
2.When in full tuck does your leg ever go numb?
My right leg starts to go numb after about 20 minutes if I stay tucked behind the wind screen for a long time on the highway. Anyone else?

I laugh at people who are in a full tuck in speeds between 50-80mph. Unless its really windy out. They just look so goofy when I ride by them. I once saw a guy in a full tuck at 35mph. Then when I got close I noticed he was just a really short guy. And had to lean all the way down to grab the clip ons. Still dont know how he would stop without falling over. HAHA! Sorry. Got a bit off track. No my leg does not go numb.
As to waving. I wave at everyone.

^^Second that. I tuck on my way to work at 5AM, but on the way back I don't. The only time I really tuck for long periods of time is during cold rides.

Wave to all but scooters. On a side topic, its getting to be evening and you accidentally wave to a scooter, anyone else ever feel like cutting there hand off for waving to one on accident
Tuck on long rides and when cold, leg never goes numb.

ive learned that old harley guys usually dont like to wave back, along with the mid-life crisis guys that just bought the bike and think that they can ride. i hate those guys specifically. they are usually a bunch of arsholes.

I think a good wave between geared-up sportbike riders is top-shelf. It's like a totally plutonic, super-short one-night stand--it lasts only a second, but the payoff is magic.
Also top-shelf are the true motorcyclists that wave like they mean it, no matter what they ride. I respect that, and try to be the same...'cept scooters--they ain't playin' this game.
Full gear and you can tuck all you want to...anything less and it's kinda silly. Still fun though.

I like to wave, but I can't always, so I try to do the head nod as well. Sometimes if you have the clutch in or you can't let go cause your really moving you can't take your hand off the grip.
I don't wave to scooters. Ever. I'll wave to harley guys if they wave first, always to another rider in full gear on a sport bike, unless it's a squid gixxer.
My leg doesn't go numb, ever. Sometimes I get the tingles in my hands, but not numb-ness, ever.

I hate harley guys....they never wave. I wave to all sportbike riders and the other riders if they wave first. Leg never goes numb. Whats this thing about full gear? I understand its smart to wear it...but there are days where it's balls hot and with the stop and go traffic of pittsburgh i wouldn't be in anything more than my gloves and helmet
