custom signals

hey i just got done installing some lockhart phillips flush mount marker lights on my 1000 and i had so much trouble with the right side cause the back of the marker light runs into the coolant resivior. its together and looks good but its not right. did anyone else have this trouble? if so what did you do? since i had to cut the ferrings to install the lights i couldn't just put the stock ones back on. please help!!!

i figured it out. i got the single filiment ones instead of the dual filament (not sure how to spell filament but thats ok). the single ones have a smaller socket and with a little bit of trimming to the back of the signal, it fit perfect. sorry but my pic is to large to up load. but trust me they look awesome.
