I have a very small dent on my gas tank. There are no creases. I thought about using something like a Ding King but i was told that the metal would be too think. Anyone have any segestions?

Worked great on my f4i tank. I got one for christmas and used it with mixed results on my car, but the dime sized ding on my tank pulled out perfectly.

The thinner the metal the better for pop out dent removal. Its the really thick metal that won't pop and needs to be tapped out. Give it a try, you aren't going to make it worse. The worst thing that could happen is that you pull too far and it give yourself a nipple on your tank. That might make riding more fun if you think about it......

i used the ding king on my 05 ninja 500 about 3 months ago and it worked perfect. i recommend getting one and trying it on your F4i. i got mine at checker for about $30. its awesome.

the tank is nothing more than a shell over the actual tank. you could take the shell off and then take a rubber mallet and work the ding out. ding should go back to normal after a few light hits.

smash the whole top of the tank flat and let the wheelies begin

Dont smash the tank! You can still do tank and highchair wheelies without the tank being smashed. Believe me, I KNOW
