I have a 2007 CBR1000RR and just completed the flapper mod. Understanding the concept of opening up the intake side with this mod, don't we need to de-restrict the exhaust side by unpluging the exhaust servo? What types of HP gains can I expect with either or both of these mods?

didn't know you could diss-assemble the exhaust servo without removing the exhaust completely

If you have not already done this mod, do it! It is the cheapest most effective free mod you can do.

That is a ridiculous statement.
As far as the flapper mod goes, if you have a friend with a little mechanical ability ask them to help, its pretty easy. If you dont, don't worry about it, its a ok free mod, but as far as i have ever read and seen proof of, at best you will gain 1-2 hp, so not really a huge deal if you leave it alone.
