Do I need to paint this seat cowl?

Just got a new seat cowl for my 05 F4i.
It snaps on to seat with some clips.
I can still remove the seat and looks pretty good.
But it's black and wondering if I need to paint to match the bike.
I know there will be some sanding and priming plus clearcoat.
Is it worth the trouble to paint??
If someone has done it, please advise.
Paint, primer, and clearcoat may cost $80 or so...

paint it it looks out of place, 80 ucks wow ur getting ripped something bad the shop I use for all my paint work would charge me about 35-40 to do that.

Wow, I would paint it if it cost only that much. I'm in LA so things are pricey here. Hope I can send it to a shop that is reasonable! thanks for your tip!

hmm yeah calis paint labor is more then on the east coast, but still its an easy job
