Some banks, credit cards and I think paypal wont dispute or investigate after 30days of transaction. So guess what you might be SOL. I only wait for 2 weeks TOPS(ground shipping from CA to PA is like 5 days thats 3,000+miles) then I pick up the phone and make calls. So I'd file a complaint and if you recieve your stuff then you can call the company you filed with back and let them know you recieved your shit to discard... better safe than sorry.

I'm from honda-tech.com and we deal with ALOT of scammers all the time either not sending stuff out or broken things. i had the priviledge 3 times to visit scammers with other members to get money back or the part since it was a good deal.

I would suggest that it may have been delivered to wrong address and that person just kept it. But someone else bought from this douchbag too, Right? Did they recieve the items they bought?

yeah everyone recieved there stuff just reallly late and they all had to fail complaints with paypal.. hers the thing this fruitcake hasnt responded to me since he said he would on friday.. i dont know wtf is going on but i am getting so annoyed

yes i deff did i think he realized that the complaints i filed were gunno screw him over......... do you guys really think ups lost it on one of there trucks for over a month and now they foud it it sounds hard to believe but maybe its just me .

I was in the shipping business a long time and a lot of strange things happen ... most packages make it with no problems but even a very small percentage that don't make it is still a huge number of packages when you're talking the volume they deal with. In any case, if the dude gave you a real tracking number it would be easy to tell if he's making up stuff or not because you can just go on the ups site, type it in and it'll show exactly when it was originally shipped and where the tracking stopped and on what date.

with all that said, it might've gotten lost, but getting lost "on one of their trucks" sounds completely bogus. they make deliveries and load daily and it would be obvious if not impossible a package would get left on a truck for over a day much less a month. he probably meant got lost in one of there hubs not trucks .. but then again it sounds like he's making stuff up and is probably just shipping it out for the first time now after you reminded him so I would just hope that he's a least going to finally keep his word this time.

yeha exactly i feel like hes making this bogus stuff up so he doesnt come out looking like a dick and that it was his fault so hes making up some bs and blaming the mishap on ups.. regardless of whats going on i just hope i get my stuff and i did already let him know that when he send me the screen back i want a tracking number as soon as he gets it so lets c what happens

hey if its not that far from you why didnt you just deal face to face in the 1st place? personally this is why i usually try to deal with stuff in person because of @$$holes like him. i really dont mind a drive to pick up some parts if it means avoiding hassles like this. good luck man hopefully you get it soon
