How many people here drag parts in a turn? I am not asking this to see how many people are pushing their bikes or whatever, I am just asking this because I am curious. I have only done it 4 times, once on my left rearset and 3 times on my right rearset. Nothing else has scraped yet luckily but my bike hasn't been lowered or anything and I see no need to.
What is a decent set of rear sets that people are happy with? I have looked on kneedraggers at a few but none have reviews.

yea but before you go and spend bling on new set of rearsets, it scraping pegs has most to do with 1. body positioning and 2. suspension setting than it does actual clearance. if your rear is too soft, your rear will compress more than necessary in a turn, thus taking away the amount of lean you can have before dragging parts. this is why there are many very fast guys who don't drag hard parts...in fact, your knee should be dragging long before your rearsets if you have proper body positioning.

+1 work on getting your body position down. That's my problem now, I recently went to the track and was scraping my pegs around every corner. The control rider instructed me to lean off the bike more, corrected my body position. He even helped tweak my suspension some. After that I could take corners at a much greater speed with more stability and comfort in the bikes performance.

so you are basically saying that i need to hang lower and off the bike more thus making the lean angle less? If thats is correct I will give that a shot and see what happens.

B...also tighten up your suspension.
thing is that your knee should be scraping before the pegs are scraping. get rid of the peg feeler if you haven't yet.

pay very close attention to why the pegs are "grinding"-if it is for the wrong reason-you will
low-side at some point-however if you must!!
SATO-all the way!!!

Thanks for all of the great info and feel free to keep it coming. Tahoe, yeah I still have the feelers and thats what is scraping, I will just barely touch them. Only enough to put a slight pressure on the rear set, doesnt even pick my foot up any. And I am farely certain that my pegs are scraping first instead of my knee is I dont have any pucks so I dont put my knee down enought for it to scrape.

get rid of them feelers mang! sometimes...SOMETIMES...they catch on the pavement and lift the rear wheel off...causing crashes...this so called sometimes happens more often than sometimes...2x when i was out riding with fellow riders...one from my best friend, the other to a riding buddy...toss them quick B!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
