Electrical problem (engine shutting down)

Hey guys!

Please help if you can.

I have a 2002 CBR954rr that after it warms up if I get it past 9000 rpms the engine shuts off. If I turn the key off and back on at that point while is running, it comes back on but then it will do it again if I go back to 9000 rpms. I just changed the computer and it still doing it. So by the way, I now have an extra ECM if you need one let me know. Any idea on where to look for this problem.
