eliminate secondary injectors?

My current project is using a 600rr engine.  The height of the engine and airbox is critical.  The lower the better.  The secondary / upper injectors are requiring me to add about 9 inches to the height of the engine.  Is it possible to eliminate the secondary injectors programatically with a new map? Performance is important, but not the most important consideration with what I am working with.  I do realize the secondary injectors are used at upper rpms and I would be sacrificing upper engine rpm performance.

My plan was to only use the primary injectors if I can eliminate the computer call to use the secondary. 

My other bizarre question regards the guage cluster.  Currently the computer needs it to run.  Does anyone know of a way to bypass this requirement as other guages are being used.
