D&D and Two Brothers are known for being very loud... too loud. I've seen members post about wearing earplugs with their helmet to cut down some of the sound. I went with/ordered the Yoshi RS5.... I'll let you know in about three weeks how it sounds.

depending on your local cops and state, anything non-stock could be illegal.
another loud one is jardine. i'd stick with yosh, sounds good and it's not so loud.

Legal is under 85 db at 7500 rpms. The only one that give u that is stock that i know of. But most cop dont care and dont know. Most harleys dont have mufflers and noone really care about that. So i wouldnt worry about it. Go as loud as you can.... it will be the safest.

Here in Wisconsin there is no law about how loud your bike can be that I know of. All of the harley guys never have any problems, so I don't worry about it. But when you take your driving test you have to have a quiet bike?? It doesn't make sense to me because there are plenty of guys taking the driving test on a harley. In the spring I will see if they have a problem with my bike, but if they do I won't be afarid to ask how that harley guys manage to take it.
There is probably some law, just do down to your local cop shop and ask them if there is a law and if there is ask them what it is.

I'm happy with my Yosh Titanium RS-5! I't loud but not overbearing.
