You can't look for a whole lot of performance in a slip on.........
My order of opinion
1: Yoshi or Jardine (In CF)
2: KR
3: 2Bros or Akro (a lot of people have twobros and akros asre expensive as hell!)

Take a look at the Devil exhaust. Has a distinctive sound and looks amazing. IMO.

Love the pinstripes! Makes it look like a completely different bike.

I have the 2bros on my 05. Love it. I do like the looks of cranks in the above pics... that's sweet.
The looks and sound are the only thing you have to consider, they all profrom about the same. That is why DynoJet only has the one map for slip on exhaust for downloading with the PC III setups.

Thanks for all the hits fellas. I mainly want a slip on for the looks and sound. Stock exhaust just isnt cut'n it for me. haha but the only thing Is I know a lot of slip ons stick out like 3 inches past the rear seat end. And I really dont like that, Are there any that stop fairly short of the seat end?
Schultz, Can you get me a link for that Devil Slip on. I havent come accross that. Id look on my own but Im on my schools server lame shit. Blocks everything!

Mines not bad, but I made my own tabs to hold the exhaust closer to the bike.

Hey Red,
Is that Yoshi a slip on or a full exhaust?

www.devilexhaust.us I know you can also get them through exotic sportbike.com. I think.
Check out youtube when you get a chance, the sound really never comes through on vid but you can see what they look like on a bike.

Thanks dws!.. I was a little weary at first(nothing like taking a razor to your baby

) but i'm all smiles now that its finished. And you're right, looks like a completely different bike.
CJ, when we meet up you can hear the Jardine in person. For now though there's a sound clip posted somewhere around here..lol
As for power, I did notice an increase in top-end pull but a little hesitation in throttle response before I got the power commander(now its a whole new bike! :) ).

It's funny when I bought my f4i I posted a thread like this trying to get an idea of what the best exhaust would be. It seemed like most people agreed that two brothers was the one. Now that I'm looking for a slip on for my RR it seems as though opinions vary a lot more.

Akrapovic. Awesome sound and it fits the tail perfectly (doesn't stick out past it and the width is perfect). Check out my thread...http://www.CBRForum.com/m_452991/tm.htm

I have dyno tested almost every bike out there with almost every different pipe there is and I can tell you that the Yoshi and Akrapovik are the two best sounding slip on's for the Honda 600. I would personally save the money and buy a full kit, because none that I know of can be converted to a full from just a slip on. So if you decide in the future to go for more power which you will eventually you'll have to buy a whole kit and try to sell the slip on... food for thought... If money is burning a hole in your pocket buy Velocity stacks and a Power Commander... the stacks will make it louder and the commander will help with everyhting else....
