I ordered a two brothers m2 for my f4i from exoticsportbike.com and they have done nothing but screw up my order. Has anyone had problems with them in the past? I received just the midpipe in a brown box with packing peanuts and no instructions or hardware. There was no muffler or anything. When I contacted them, they blamed it on ups. Also, I asked if when they received the incorrect product back if they could ship the right one on next day air or 2nd day air, they said they can only ship ground. Does that sound right, that they can't ship anything other than ground. Thanks for the response.

sounds like bs, send them the shit back and tell them you want your money back and go somewhere else. i have absolutely no tolerance for bad customer service

That is what I want to do but they said that they may charge me a restocking fee. I am really fed up with them and was wondering is some of the posters on here have dealt with this from that website before or if they usually have reputable service.

Did you get it directly from their website or from an aftermarket distributor. I got mine from their website and had no issues at all.

From their website. They sent me just the midpipe and nothing else and have had nothing but problems with them. I would like them to rush deliver the right part and they refuse to do it. I have not decided whether to cancel my order or see if they can redeem themselves. Again, everyone makes mistakes but they blame everyone but themselves and then do nothing to try and keep me informed on the situation. I call and e-mail and no response. Last time I do business with them.

you should try www.morepowerracing.com their stuff is pretty cheap and they have free shipping on everything

i agree, thats the cheapest place i found them.

They CAN send it quicker than UPS ground, but it will cost them a lot more money so they won't WANT to.  Next day air prices are pretty steep.

I just feel like they should seeing as they screwed it up. Also, I understand everyone makes mistakes but I would hope they would own up to them and ship at least 2nd day air. I have actually called the sales line a few times to find that nobody answered. Bad business it seems. If people call to give you their money somebody should be there to take it.

I had a horrible experience with indysuperbikes.  I cancelled my order and ordered through starcycle and they were great!  Their service was great and they not only matched prices, but beat the best price I found.

For what it is worth, I have made multiple purchases from both of these places, and I have had nothing but success.  Great prices and customer service.  What more could you ask for?  Here's the links for future reference.
