Extended Swing Arm + Lowering an 01 F4i

Just wanted some advice on extending my swingarm. I was thinkning 4 inches??
 
How does it effect handling? Cost?
 
And same with lowering. Im going to stop stunting so i thought id trick it out a little.

if you lower your bike, you deff cant stunt anymore, and you also can turn as fast either, my bike is lowered and i hate it, im raising it back up before the riding season, i live in wisconsin and its just strarting to get nice, cant wait to get back out there, ride safe

You'll have more straight line traction with both, say goodbye to sweeping turns or ever knee dragging it. You will also wear out some components faster then before. you need a new longer chain. Unless your going to make it a full out show bike then dont bother
