Thats the Jardine RT1 slip-on I bought two weeks ago. He sends me an email telling me that the shipment was sent back to him wrong address. Though he used my confermed paypal address that I have had lots of stuff shipped to. I emailed him and he wont reply, I called his number and he did the I'm lossing signal BS and now wont pick up. Of course what I'd like to do is find his Florida address and kindly sucker punch him in the throat and let him know thats not nice to F*ck with people. Insted I'd like anyone here to spam his email or phone

Unless someone hijacked the account, something doesn't sound right based on the seller having sold and bought items for 4 years with over 90% positive feedback. There's 2 sides to every story and we don't know his.

Yes I put it on both sites... I bought alot of stuff, track suit boots gloves. intagrated tail light, led blinkers, undertail plate holder, frame sliders... ect.. getting ready for summer and the slip-on I thought I found a great deal, but apparently too good to be true. yes It is Atlanta not Florida, my fault and my fault for not buying from a retailer.

True...but each one of the seller's negative feedbacks--way too many, IMO--has the same style of reply: 'it was really the buyer's fault, I bent over backwards out of my own pocket'--it just seems a little too formulaic, contrived. But I could be wrong. Usually am.

What I don't appreciate, however, is not even dinner and a movie before being forced into butt-secks by a wrankled new member. Earn the time if you want me to do your crime.

Why would you buy something from a seller with 95.9% feedback anyway? Anything lower than 99% and I walk... especially something that expensive.

ummmmmm, here: http://www.jardineproducts.com/products/searchType/vehicleSearch/year/2003/make/HONDA/model/CBR600RR/x/6/y/8/sfID1/28/sfID2/8/sfID3/36/productID/750

Or, you could have bought it of the manufacturer website...for what looks to be a $20 differerence.......

And that extra $$ could have gone toward headache medicine for future a$$ rapes.... sorry to hear, but when it comes to something *that* expensive, i look to the dealer themself. GL

I don't buy that much off ebay and when I do the majority of the time it's "buy it now" type, so I'll take your word for it. The percentage doesn't mean much without knowing how many items were sold. I guess I'm basing it more on brick/mortar business model though because imo even the best businesses can't keep everyone happy so a few people not being happy wouldn't stop me from considering a purchase. 4 people out of 100 to have a complaint doesn't seem outlandish, anything above 95% seems decent to me, then again you can't base too much on just 104 items so I dunno. The 4 complaints didn't seem like the kind to make this guy a scammer imo.

KB, 4 people out of 100 having a complaint is way too many. My feedback is at 100% and I have almost 300 feedbacks. The sad part is that I have probably sold 3x that many items. I have never had 1 single person ask me for a refund or anything extra. However, I think that if a few people got upset enough to put something down, imagine how many had thought about it or threatened it.

From the looks of it, the seller is disorganized and unattentive to e-mails. I like to buy from 99% or above, but even that depends on what the comments were. -Speaking of comments, this seller appears to be ventictive in negative feedback. No way I would ever do business with him.

Anyway, The OP seems full of crap as Paypal will refund you the full amount and side in your favor if bought from eBay. (as eBay pushes Paypal because they own it )

Actually, I had one deal on ebay where the seller pretty much fell off the face of the earth.  I did everything I could through paypal and they still only gave me a percentage back.  Don't think that paypal makes any money by giving 100% refunds.  In my mind paypal can be just as crooked as the certain jerks people buy from.  I avoid ebay almost entirely now, considering if I need something I can probably keep an eye on craigslist for it or go with some other website with far better results.
