F2 Shock in a 87

Hi,

I'm looking at a 94 F2 rear shock and am wondering if it will work well or even fit a Hurricane?

f2 shock is slightly shorter by about .5" compared with 87-90. it will mount right up but rear of bike will end up being slightly lower. shock will work the same.
