Hey guys, i dont know where this question belongs, so ill put it here.
Im in the market for a 99-00 BCR600 F4. BUT!!....i found a nice 98 F3 in amazing condition. So....
What are the differences between a 1998 F3 and a 1999 F4 besides the way the fairings look?

I think that the major difference is that in the '99 F4 Honda changed from the steel frame to the aluminum twin spar frame design, this is quite a difference in the handling of the bike. An F3 is still a great bike, and you can't go wrong with it, the Honda's do run forever if you take care of them, and parts are plentiful.
