Hey Guys I just bought a 99 cbr600 f4 and its been running fien until two days ago. It lost power while i was cruisin along and then just died. I just started it back on but it died a few minutes later. I put a new battery in yesterday since i drained the other trying to start it. Now its making a clicking noise coming from this black cylinder next to the rear brake fluid resovior, itll turn on for a few seconds but it will die out soon after or if i give it any throttle. Does anyone know what part im talking about? Its connected to the frame behind the resovior. It just clicks when the engine cut off button is in the on position. Thanks for any help!

i think you should take it in have it looked at. you may do damage trying to get it going when something is bad wrong.

The clicking noise may be the fuel pump relay. The manual for your bike will show how to test the relay and fuel pump.
