Finally got my GSXR mirrors on my CBR

This mod was a pain in the ass!!!!  every time I overcame one issue, two more were created. I''''''''m going to repaint the bike and mirror housing because I scuffed them up during the mod.

Looks good, what year GSXR did you get them from??? Any alterations needed?

The GSXR mirrors I got were from a 07 GSXR 1000. I couldn''''''''t use the GSXR base mounts because they made the mirrors look towards the sky. Also because their bolts has to be drilled out. So I had to use my original CBR base mounts. Then I had to find a way to connect the GSXR mirrors arm to the CBR base. I got some do-dad from Home depot, and used J B Weld to secure them. Then The  original bolts for the CBR mount didn''''''''t want to hold the heavier mirrors, so I drilled straight through them all the way through the fairing bracket, and used a bolt and nut to secure the CBR base mounts to the bike. Wiring was easy, but figuring out how to make everything work together caused me to use some major brain power!

My next mod is to make a bikini fairing out of the bottom fairing. I plan to repaint everything white. Tell me what you guys think??

I am WAY TOO LAZY for that. think i will buy the parts and have someone else install. As an estimate how long did it take in all(work time)?
