I'm gonna put flush mounts on for the front blinks but I can't decide whether I want dual or single. Whaddya think dudes? Do the low watt running lights really do any good? With the HID's I doubt anybody can see them anyway. I've about talked myself into the single. Thanks for all the help

A pic of what I'm considering:

Dual element = same price so I'm gonna buy that and just hook it up as a single. That's using the old noodle. Then if I really miss seeing the running lights' reflection in pickup truck tailgates then I'll hook up the running aspect.

And in case you're wondering, no, we're not schizophrenic.

ya, lp. I had a set I used for my rear blinks on my old bikes and they worked well. Gonna try 'em out on the front this time. If they look like crap I'll just trash and buy something else. They are priced right

They're not completely flat like some I've seen but then again they don't stick out as far as stock. Kinda happy medium thang goin on. We'll see how they look and if I don't like 'em it's not like I spent a great deal.

F the turn signals anyways...i mean i like my bike in perfect running condition that works practicly and also looks like the shit...but if you really think about it...other drivers don't pay attention to us anyway...if they do they're gonna try and read ur mind whether ur using your signals or not...and if a cop trys to pull you over are you really going to stop for him...i mean whats the point in trying they're all out to F us over anyways...stupid other drivers & pigs i hate them all...they should make a seperate lane for us...sorry for that tangent...

Did somebody get a ticket today or what? Nah, my thing is that the 16 peeps in GA that aren't on a cell phone and are actually paying attention deserve to see me blink the direction I want to go. And for the record I truly sympathize with the above rant -- been there dude. I'm glad there's no room on my bike for a 50 cal BMG cause there are days that I'd have to reload several times

Found these for $75 -- 4 LEDs plus resistor. Hmmmmm, decisions, decisions, decisions.

Those Hotbodies signals are non existent...there are listed in the PARTS UNLIMITED catalog and are on backorder, then.... I know Justus Stanley, who works at Hotbodies; I called him and he has no idea if or when or ever if those signals are gonna ever show up..so I ordered the Gregg's Customs and had them the next day

Got the LPs installed. A tremendous improvement over stock. I might try some others in a month or two -- depends on whether these grow on me or I end up hating them. Found some CF blinks that sit very flush for under $40.

I took my front blinkers off for a track day and never put them back on. If I get a ticket, I get a ticket. I'm not too concerned.
