While moving the bike around I have noticed that the front brakes sound like they're dragging a little bit. It makes a soft hiss like the brake pad is just slightly rubbing against the rotor. Its enough to make it a little harder to move, although im not sure what its caused by. Could my brake pads be worn or sticking out too far? Should i be worried about this?

There is no real clearance between you disc & pads as such after their scrubbed in from new. The discs are not perfectly straight, neither are the pads, (within their tolerances), so they are making contact at several places, so you get that noise as wheel turns around. If its really bad (more like a "hiss-kerchunk"), then you could have a warped disc, but this will give other symptoms, like a feed back through the brake lever & bars when you brake. To me it sounds like yours is normal.

06 CBR1000RR.  Does the same thing.  It's nomal.  Like Drew232, unless your getting alot of feedback in the lever and bars, I wouldn't worry about it.

disc brake systems are constant contact systems.

Is the drag supposed to cause the front wheel to have resistance while turning it by hand? Its quite a bit more difficult to spin than the rear, and the rear will spin freely, but the front wont. This is normal?

If I get the front end of the ground and spin the wheel.  It might get about 1 revelution.  If it's really bothering you, you could take it to shop and have them look at it.  Also, next time you go riding with some friend you can lean the front end up on some elses bike for a comparison.
