Do the newer F4i's get better gas mileage than the older F4i's?

Best bet would be to do a search on fuel mileage and look to see what year and mods people have and what mileage they state. My 06 has a O2 sensor, the 05s may not (unless Cali model) I get a consistant 45mpg.
