Man, I think that's a guy that goes by Yellow Wolf. That Goldwing is loaded with camera equipment and he will video tape your rides thru the Dragons Tail for $50. He rides the Dragon several times a day all summer long. Maybe the winter to. I had him tape me when I was there. He follows for a few miles, gets in front, switches to the rear view camera for a few miles, then drops behind again. He is as smooth as silk! When he got in front of me I was really impressed. I'm sure he could have run off and left me anytime he wanted. Wait till I go back with the CBR! And I am going back.
He has a web site I believe with a few demo video's on it if you wanted to check it out.

Easier to film from a bike with places to put some good quaility cameras. Makes sense to me. I bet he would be hella fast on a sportbike though.

Man that guy is an idiot hes soooooo trashing his bike by scraping it all over the ground on every corner!
But on a serious note, I love when they flew by the first rest stop area with the bunch of guys all standing around their sports bikes trying to look cool and it looks like they all turn their heads like WTF was that?!
