when i bought my bike it came w/ one that the previous owner had installed. idk what model you have or whatever. but.....on one hand i love having the alarm on the bike. but at the same time.....if im anywhere NEAR the bike i cant put the key thingy in my pocket. if another key or something in my pocket bumps that button it sets the alarm to tilt sensor (press once for regular alarm, twice for tilt sensor) which will go off if the damn wind blows too hard. so i like it, but its kinda annoying i.m.o.

wow, so they are raising your insurance b/c OF the alarm?!?! i thought mine would give me a discount but nope. i know Geico does that for alarms, but state farm said they only offer a discount if you have Lo-Jack.

very limited options for sportbike riders with an M2 license, its a graduate system you have to hold each level for a certain period of time and get retested to move up...then ins goes down. this was the cheapest I could find so it was that or no riding
