I sold my fatboy and picked up a Silver '08 600RR.
At 33 I had doubts that I'm too old to ride a sport bike. How old are you all?

20, all the guys i ride with here at school are around that age.... back home i ride with guys that are close to 30

33 here too. This is also my first cbr. Had a Ninja around the time my first kid was born, just now financially able to get another. Welcome to the club.

23 going on 24 here shortly. Welcome. You'd be surprised how many folks your age or older do this stuff. I actually prefer to ride with older gents. More responsible and courteous.

Best thing you could have done is sell that fatboy. Now that is for old people. 34 here.

I'll be 44 next week,
. Just got an '08 in November and will be in the twisties in about an hour or so. One guy I know has an R6, he's 70.

Congrats on the bike purchase. I like the white/ silver.
Im way on the young side at 19, started riding when i was 17. But hey everyone has to start riding sometime. I am not the typical 19yr old though. Full gear and a helmet if I am hitting the pavement. Too many others around here have crashed and I never want to experience road rash thats for sure.
