Anyone ever experience the same, headlights works some time and sometimes not, found out that if I rev up to 10,000rpms it comes back on, or if its already on it'll turn off once I rev to 10,000rpms. Very strange. Have no clue, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

sounds like a loose connection.

I had that problem with the highbeam only. The switch was getting faulty and would sometimes require me to forcefully smack the switch to get it to come on, and sometimes the highbeam would flicker while riding. Had it replaced under warranty and no problems since.
Is your's both headlamps or just one or the other?

Both headlights go out, not just the high beam.
