Well what do you want out of the sprocket set?
                                front         rear
Higher top speed      +1            -1 or 2      or more if you want to go to bonneville
Faster acceleration   0or -1      +2 to 5    better 1/4 mile times
Stunter/wheelie'n      -1            +10 to 20   wheelie at 3000 rpm or lower
-1 in front is equal to +2 to 3 in rear

The bikes top speed is in the neighborhood of 145-160 mph stock, depending on motor strength, carb tuning, aerodynamics and your weight
www.sumofallparts.net has an excellant 0, +3 kit for our bike that knocks about .35-.5 of a 1/4 mile time, while still keeping the bike usuable(not wheelie happy) Its vortex and works quite well. I've had it on all summer and its a blast, however expect your revs to be higher at the same speeds you were cruising before. Top speed does drop however, about 20mph. They also carry custom sizes and the stunter 54-75 tooth sprockets(big!).
good luck

No prob man, here's direct links to the stuff they carry for our bikes.
I've got the brake line as well and man they are nice! Really good feel to them. Besides my stock ones were rotting and cracked all over, and felt spongy.

i went -1/+2 and no ill effects what so ever.  the front end will come up if you dont get down enough but it doesnt effect anything.  a little different to ride but you get use to it.  this combo is about +5 rear tooth bigger so about 49 tooth rear sprocket.  i havnt tried to lean back to lift the front end but im confident that it would come up instantly!  i believe with me fully tucked in the low 3 gears itdoes come off the ground the way jsut by the way the front end becomes loose.
