Yep. Both High and Low beams are H7's.
I would recommend buying an HID temperature of either 5000k or 6000k. Anything higher, and you'll get a purple/blue color on the road, which isn't as bright as the pure white of the 5 or 6k temps. Remember, the higher the color temperature, the lower the light output. BMW's, Merc's, Audi's, etc. have color temps between the 4500-5000k mark.
I posted a write up of my HID installation (the second one on my bike, and installed two others on my roommate's bikes, and a few more on a few other cars.) So if you have any HID questions, feel free to comment or PM me.

Well i was going to get this kit.. so far its got the SMALLEST damn ballasts ive ever seen. almost thinner than the wires themselves. they also say that the supply is supposed to be more stable and more accurate. Anyone ever use them? I was looking for the best way to place/install them on the bike so ill def look at your write up blue fox.. thanks

430 dollars is pretty damn steep.... you can find a kit off ebay for around 100 bucks

yea ive seen some on ebay, but i didnt think cheaping out on something like that was a good idea... i mean im sure they work, but even on ebay if you want the reaallly slim ballasts it costs a little more. maybe not 430..... i just want the install to look like they arent even there. ive seen some guys where they have wires stickin all out from behind the dash....eww...
