I have just the front LED blinkers, and they dont really even blink fast. Maybe like 1.1x versus the rear blinkers

I actually broke the head off of one of my windscreen screws. They look like metal but are actually plastic. I just went to the hardware store and bought new stainless pan head screws and looks fine.

Ya know its funny..i just got done reading that post and had to laff..I had to remove front cowl left and right..to access a possible radiator issue. Those screws are a serious hiney hassle.I had problems with the ones on the inside cowl. But patience prevailed and i put everything back on and glad i took the them to understand how those buggers work... i used what looked like a dental pick..a jewelers screwdriver should do the trick..use a flat head screw driver to hold the body of the screw firm and then use the point to lift inner screw enough to turn with your fingers. It pays off in the end.My machine is back together after all night in pcs.

I must have gotten screwed. Theres nothing in there that looks like a resistor. Unless im a total moron and they are those little blue things (pretty sure not). Got pics of them.

I'm having the same problem. I got the hotbies ones, but only the blue splice thingies are in the box (thanks for explaining that one because I didn't recognize them as splices either). I still have the stock tail light, but want to switch to a LED mototeck undertail this summer, so I figured I might as well install the resistors now instead of havign to take everything off again this summer.
What I know so far:
1) Connect to Full Orange and Full Blue.
2) Use the splices to connect ABOVE the stock connector and simply unhook the OEM turn signals and save them for later re-install if needed)
3) You probably want to use a resistor to control future instal of tail LED's and blink speed. (not sure about the type/value of resistor)
4) wrap the resistors in heat resistance tape.
Did I miss anything?
