How do i put in a manual cam chain tensioner?

Hi, this forum is great. I have looked around on all the forum areas and have heard allot on diagnosing CCT probleams and where to buy them. However, I don't think anyone has posted on how to put one in. I looked in my honda service maual and it doesn't show the CCT removal or installation. I know the CCT is a comon problem with CBRs and I am sure someone on the forums has replaced theirs' with a manual CCT. Any suggestions, or walk through steps would be great. I have a 96' CBR F3. thanks.
