yeah, eled.com there is no minimum, you'll have to pick out the best brightness ones, but you'll have to pick out how many of each you want. I don't think any site has a bag of different varieties, because usually people are pretty particular. What colors do you want? I can probably find you the best ones.
do you know what size the other led ares the round ones for the dummy lights, are they 3mm or 5mm (looks like from the pics that they are 5mm).

Chamuko,
Did you desolder the LCD or just squeeze in around it? I didn't think the LCD part was removeable unless you desolder it all. Is that correct?
Looks pretty good! Probably going to do white myself also.

desoldred with a solder sucker (10 bucks at most places). Just take your time. I thought about the squeeze technique, but with a hot iron anything you touch will get damaged or melted...causing more problems. Just take it slow. My friend who attempted this on his kawi pulled and ripped some of the printed circuti board... just because the solder looks like its not there doesnt mean its not there on the other side. I fixed it for him, but its a lesson for others. If it doesnt come out with say a pound or less of force, its still being held in by solder.

Yeah, i have one of the vaccuum solder suckers like this:
It just looked like there were like 50 pins to desolder on the LCD.
Did you desolder the tach also? Does the needle just pop off if you pull it upwards? Thanks again

yes you de solder the tach as well. Dont pull the needle off as you risk not having it go back to what it was. Desolder the 4 big tabs and the small cluster of pins below that.

Yeah..........I'm thinking that since a new guage cluster is a few hundred bucks, I'll just spend the $65 and have it become someone elses problem that actually knows what they are doing. LOL. I'm going with the blue tach and white LCD displays and a white needle (extra $5 bucks for the needle color change).

I just finished changing everything to white, and I think shorted some of the clock pins, so have to go back and correct that, but everything else turned out hunky dory
