well guys and  gals  she  is  home but it hasnt been going as i planned. come to find out the home process is just as hard as when she was in the hospital. but god is it great to have her home. now if i can just keep her from jumping in my neighbors car. good thing i have understanding neighbors. and the job is sending me on a two week paid vacation to get all the follow up visits and paperwork done and finalize this mess. thanks once again for all the support everyone played a big role in helping me get thru this and i will always appreciate it. this is a place where i can hang out in the garage with my friends, laugh, trade words, and much to my surprise cry. so thanks for the water and vaseline between rounds and getting me back into the fight!!!

dude skin color shouldn't matter but to lots of people it still does. My best friends are black and I am white. I started losing my hair at 21 and I am 26 now so I started shaving my head at 21 but I have a great shaped head and look gd with it that way and this is relevant in many ways. A lot of white people think I am a skinhead type or racist somehow and they will tell me stories that will be like this or that color person did this or that and they are like you know what I mean and I am blown away by how many do this with me. It also shows me the opposite view and I am targeted by other races as being the white supremacist type like you know the looks and have been referred to by third parties when they didn't think I could hear them as white guy and that is just as racist as the n word to me but when I am in the group with my black friend I get instant respect and welcomed. I like people in general and when I meet you we start fresh and work on from there not I have preconceived notions because you dress this way or talk that way or your this color or you have money. I wouldn't trade my friends for nothing and they feel the same about me we grew up together and we don't see color I don't see why it is so hard for others to get along. If it wasn't skin color it would be something else anything to fit in or separate so F'em!

bro i feel you. i mean my father is black and my mother is puerto rican and white. i come from an interacial family and my big brother and sister are adopted. we all put color to the side and loved each other like a family should. so needless to say its kind of hard to convince me i am with someone out of my race cause everyone is my race. lol . but i feel you i even get the looks for being interracial. but at the end of the day just like you said f'em

This garage is always open, beer is cold, and friends from all over will drop by from time to time to see how you're doing. Keep us informed. Your cornermen have the vaseline and smelling salts, and your cheering section's here too. Fight the good fight.....

It's nice being on a forum where people can actually talk about things instead of just car or bike stuff
